• Lancaster County Bicyclists, all ages, all genders, all skill levels who want to remember the tragedy and heroism of September 11, 2001 and support local fire departments. Click HERE for registration form or call 717-397-2503.
  
  

What:

• A local fund raising effort presented by Dream Ride Projects and local Fire Departments centered around remembering the events of September 11, 2001. A $50.00 donation with proceeds benefiting the City of Lancaster Fire Department. All participants are encouraged to raise additional pledges to be directly given to their neighborhood Fire Department. Participants can ride one of two days or BOTH days.

Where:

• The 38-mile “LOOP” Bike Route is permanently signed in both directions through most of the following townships or boroughs; Manheim Township, Neffsville, East Petersburg, Landisville, Silver Spring, Mountville, Millersville, and Lancaster City. Fire Houses in East Petersburg, Neffsville, Silver Spring, and Lancaster City will be asked to host Water Stops for the bicyclists. Click HERE for a cue sheet.

When:

• Saturday September 8th, participants will begin at one of FOUR Fire Houses along the route, East Petersburg, Neffsville, Silver Spring, or East King Street, Lancaster City and will follow the route in a clockwise direction. Participants are encouraged to park at a nearby school or other type parking lot & ride their bikes the rest of the way to either of the four designated start locations, OR simply ride their bicycle from home to either of the four designated start locations.
  
  
• Sunday September 9th, participants begin again at one of the Four designated start locations, but will then follow the route in a counter clockwise direction.
  
  
• • Saturday September 9th rides will begin promptly at 10:00 AM with registration open at 9:00 AM. There will be Day of Registration.
  
  
• •Sunday September 10th rides will begin promptly at 1:30 PM with registration open at 12:30 AM. There will be Day of Registration.
